Open Positions

We are currently hiring for the following roles:

Senior Backend Engineer (Go/Rust)

Build the core backup orchestration engine that manages thousands of concurrent backup jobs across distributed infrastructure. Experience with PostgreSQL internals, distributed systems, and high-reliability software required.

Senior Frontend Engineer (React/TypeScript)

Design and build the web interface that gives operators complete visibility and control over their backup infrastructure. Experience with complex data visualization, real-time updates, and enterprise UI patterns required.

DevOps Engineer

Own our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation. Help customers deploy Next PAL Nexus in their own environments. Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and PostgreSQL operations required.

Technical Writer

Create comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and guides for database administrators and DevOps engineers. Experience with PostgreSQL, backup/recovery concepts, and technical writing required.
